REFUND POLICY
1. Physical Books — 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unread and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@decryptmind.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
2. The Classified Weekly — Subscription Policy
The Classified Weekly is a $9.99/month digital subscription. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your subscription portal at decryptmind.com/account in under 3 clicks. No phone calls, no emails required. Cancellation stops all future charges. Content already delivered is non-refundable.
Refunds: If you request a refund within 30 days of your first subscription charge, we will issue a full refund. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
3. Damages and Issues
Contact us immediately at support@decryptmind.com if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This applies in addition to our 30-day return policy.
